Amish Country Sweet Caramel Glaze

Have fresh, hot caramel corn anytime. Break it out when it's time for the home movies! Just add to your oil before you put your popcorn in the popper. Try dry-roasted peanuts in the mix for something a little different.

Instructions: Set the stove at Medium heat, adding 7 tbsps. of oil and 1/2 cup of glaze to the popper. Shortly after, add the 4oz of popcorn kernels. Once the glaze melts and the mixture begins to foam, set stove at high heat. Stir consistently and shake the popper occasionally for best results.
