In this hands-on class you'll work in groups of 4 to make our master fresh pasta dough recipe from scratch, how to make Roasted Butternut Squash & Ricotta filling, and boil then top our pasta with a Brown Butter Sage sauce. You'll learn some hands-on Italian baking and how to make a masterful Moka coffee. This class has a little of everything!
