Do you want to know more about cooking with cast iron? In this class we'll learn how to cook with and care for this beautiful traditional cookware. We'll go through the basics of caring for cast iron and how to build up a wonderfully seasoned pan, why we cook with cast iron, the health benefits involved, and how to restore a skillet you may have found. We'll be cooking with several different types of cast iron pans in the class, including Finex, a high-quality handcrafted American cast Iron.

Skillet Green Beans with Garlic & Sichuan Peppercorns
Apple & Blackberry Crumble with Sour Cream Whipped Cream
