To brew an 8-ounce cup of tea, simply measure in the desired amount of loose leaf tea, up to half full (about 2-teaspoons) and pull the drawstring closed. Place into a teacup or mug and pour in just-boiled water. Steep tea no less than 3 minutes to release its essential oils and maximum the brewed infusion with aroma and flavor.
