Ingredients: onion flakes, parsley flakes, coriander, mustard seed, celery seed, dill seed, turmeric root, dill weed, black pepper.
Easy Bread and Butter Pickles: 1 lb cucumbers, remove ends & slice into rounds, 1 small onion, cut into wedges, 1/2 C sugar, 1-1/3 C white vinegar, 1 tsp kosher salt, 2 tsp pickling spices. Pack cucumber and onions tightly into a quart jar. Bring vinegar, spices, salt & sugar to a boil. Simmer until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour into jar with cukes. Store in fridge for up to two months.
