Ingredients: cinnamon, allspice, lemon & orange peel, nutmeg, star anise, cloves, fenugreek, cardamom, juniper berries, ginger.
Simmer with cider or red wine for a divine fall or winter treat.
Simmer 1/2 bottle of spices with 1 gallon apple or pear cider for 20 minutes. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
