Ingredients: Sage, thyme, rosemary, celery seed, sea salt, garlic, white pepper, nutmeg
Tasty addition in any gravy recipe. Also delicious added to Holiday dressing, rubbed on turkey or tossed with potatoes before roasting.
Melt 2TB butter in saucepan. Whisk in 2TB flour & cook until bubbly. Slowly whisk in 2C liquid & 1tsp. herbs. Stir with spoon until gravy boils and is thickened.
