The Kilner® Fermentation Set provides the easy way to create large batches of your own delicious fermented foods packed with vitamins, minerals and probiotic cultures.

Perfect for creating sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles and much more. Creating your own fermented foods is easy - just add your favourite vegetables, filtered water and salt.

This fermenting jar has a capacity of 3 litres / 3000ml which is perfect for fermenting a large quantity then decanting into small jars to store for a later time.

The silicone lid with air lock, allow gases to be released but does not allow air to enter the jar during the fermentation process.

The ceramic weights ensure that the contents are submerged under the brine to prevent any spoilage.

Packaged in a full colour gift box with recipe and instruction booklet, ideal for gifting.
