Crafted to ensure excellent heat distribution, our pie dish promotes even baking. We hand-sand the base for a smooth, no-scratch surface. It cleans easily in the dishwasher and is oven, microwave and freezer safe. 1 3/4 qt. capacity. All Chantal ceramics are lead and cadmium safe and meet FDA and CA Prop 65 requirements.
