The changing seasons have a way of making our bodies want cozy, warm, and grounding meals that are filled with flavor. If you’ve lived in Minnesota a year or more, you know how good a delicious, warm stew can taste on a cold, winter night.

This class will teach you about three different styles of stews utilizing chicken, beef, and butter beans. We will cover the proper technique for stewing proteins, and the proper times to add salt, vegetables, spices, protein, and your flavorful liquid. We will go over how to make delicious beef, chicken, and roasted tomato stocks that will amplify the warm, happy flavors of each stew..
