Pasta and pizza are two of the most popular carbs to consume with Southern Italian cuisine due to the fantastic assortment of specialized cheeses and heritage ingredients. To honor their unique cuisine, we will be making two classic pasta dishes and one pizza to highlight Southern Italian vegetables and cheese! You’ll learn how to make pizza dough, how to make two well-known pasta sauces from scratch, and how to cook everything to perfection.
