Step into the sunny flavors of the Mediterranean with this hands-on celebration of Greek cuisine! In this deliciously interactive class, you’ll learn to prepare a variety of traditional Greek dishes—from flaky sweets to mezze favorites.

We’ll start by working together as a class to make the iconic dessert, Baklava—layers of crispy phyllo, spiced nuts, and honey syrup. Then, our chef will lead a guided demonstration on how to make soft, warm pitta bread from scratch.

After that, you'll break into three small groups, each taking on a classic Greek dip:

  • Baba Ganoush – Smoky roasted eggplant blended with tahini and lemon.

  • Tzatziki – Cool, creamy yogurt with cucumber, garlic, and dill.

  • Hummus – Silky-smooth chickpeas whipped with tahini, lemon, and olive oil.

We’ll round out the experience by preparing a traditional Greek salad—vibrant tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, red onion, olives, and feta—no lettuce required!

By the end of class, you'll have created a complete Greek spread perfect for sharing. Come hungry and ready to cook!
