Zabaglione...This classic Italian custard is made by whisking together egg yolks, sugar, and sweet wine, creating a frothy, airy dessert that is both luxurious and light. You’ll learn how to make zabaglione from scratch, mastering the technique for a perfectly smooth and velvety result. Serve it on its own or pair it with fresh berries or a drizzle of hazelnut spread for extra indulgence.

Almond Biscotti...twice-baked Italian biscotti cookies are crisp, nutty, and utterly irresistible. Perfect for dunking in coffee or wine, biscotti are a beloved treat that's easy to make and even easier to enjoy.

Affogato...this dessert consists of pouring a shot of rich, hot espresso over a scoop of creamy vanilla gelato. The result? A decadent and satisfying combination of bitter, sweet, and creamy flavors—a true Italian indulgence.

Zeppoles with Blueberry Compote...light, airy doughnuts that are fried to perfection. You’ll then top them with a tangy-sweet blueberry compote, balancing the richness of the fritters with a burst of fruity flavor. A dusting of powdered sugar brings the final touch to this delicious dessert.
