Come learn how to create artful boards through various layering techniques, fun cuts that allow you to create everything from fans, to flowers, to spheres; you’ll also learn to pair certain items together to enhance flavors and bring unity to each board. After learning all of the techniques, you will create your own board using a white plate as a canvas that shows off your style. Chef Katy will be there while you create your board to offer advice and assist you throughout the process!
