Baked Donuts with Vanilla or Chocolate Glaze
Ham & Cheese Scallion Rolls
Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites
After a chef-led demonstration on our menu items, you will split off into small groups to take turns completely finishing our menu from start to finish. We will make icing together and talk about all of the possibilities that homemade donuts provide!
You'll learn how to knead a basic semolina bread dough and create a basic base for our ham & cheese filling. This class will cover additional techniques, like measuring ingredients, gluten development and understanding dough consistency, kneading, proofing and activating yeast, shaping, temperature control, recognizing doneness, and proper cooling techniques.
