In this unique cooking class, you will take an Ayurvedic test that assesses your unique elemental constitution which will determine what spices, herbs, and vegetables it is recommended you put inn\ your food for optimal health. We will be making three soups to represent the different types of constitutions individuals have and to highlight the main ingredients that bring each type into balance.
You will leave class with medicinal cooking wisdom to care for others and yourself in an effective and powerful way. If you are or have been feeling fatigued, anxious, heavy, or physically ill this is the class for you.
