Curry is a staple dish in Indian, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisines. The curry spice itself is made from healing spices and often used to fight off illnesses like colds and flus. Curry gives the digestive system a “kick” that makes it easier for the body to fight off these ailments and prevent them.
In this class we will make a classic Thai Red Curry and Indian-Styled Yellow Curry from scratch. We will even be making the curry paste from scratch! If you are a curry lover and sick of getting takeout, or if you know nothing about curry and want to try it for the first time, come to this class!
