In this hands-on class we will make three different soups, plus a loaf of bread. A French Onion Soup Gratinee, the restaurant classic that you can absolutely make at home. We will also make French Peasant Soup - a vegetable heavy, brothy soup that can be modified to use what you already have on-hand. And, lastly, Wild Mushroom Soup - creamy and comforting.
