One of our most beloved cooking classes so far, but this time...GLUTEN FREE! In this class we'll be making pasta dough from scratch using an Italian gluten free flour.
We'll demonstrate how to roll pasta into fettucine using our Italian hand-cranked pasta rollers. Our pasta will be topped with Ragu, which is a slow-simmered tomato meat (beef & pork) sauce full of flavor. You'll learn how to compose a Bitter Green & Grilled Fruit Salad with Citrus Tarragon Vinagrette.
After our hard work we'll enjoy a plate of delicious pasta, a salad, and glass of wine (21+). Buon Appetito!
