After living in Ireland for a three months Becki can set a wonderful tea spread and she's going to show you how, too! In this hands-on cooking class we'll enjoy a lesson on the technique of baking scones and how to prepare the proper cup of tea.
In class we'll prepare a raspberry white chocolate scone. First, you'll have a chef-led demonstration to learn how to make a buttery, crisp scone. Then, you'll break into groups of 3-4 people to make your own batch of scones.
You'll be sure to learn many tips and techniques along the way. We will enjoy a cup of tea and scone at the end of class.
