Join us for this hands-on baking experience to master French macarons - the small, precious cookie that strikes fear into the hearts of even the most skilled bakers.
In this hands-on class you'll learn the history of the macaron, tips and troubleshooting, recipes for macarons and buttercream fillings, and more!
Becki will demonstrate how to make macarons. Then, we'll break into groups of 3-4 people and make macarons together with various fillings. We'll nibble on macarons with tea. Yum!
Every class participant will go home with a small package of macarons. Light Charcuterie Tray and wine or beer (21+) will be served.
