Join Shelagh Mullen as she returns to Abundant Kitchen to show us how she creates easy Irish dinners in a snap! Shelagh will be traveling to Ireland for culinary school in January, so we'll surely be hearing about her big adventure!
This hands-on cooking class will include Dublin Coddle, an Irish one-pot meal of tender potatoes, sausage and onions, slow cooked in broth to create a rich, filling stew, perfect as the days turn colder. We'll make Irish Potstickers filled with the Irish staples: cabbage, and bacon. You'll learn Shelagh’s Irish Soda Bread recipe. You'll work in groups of 2-4 for this fun and interactive cooking class!
Class price includes generous sampling of every dish, one glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage and printed recipes of everything cooked in class.
