After living in Ireland Becki can set a wonderful afternoon tea spread and she's going to show you how, too! In this hands-on cooking class we'll enjoy a lesson on the technique of baking scones and how to prepare the proper cup of tea.
In class you'll enjoy a demonstration on how-to prepare a Raspberry White Chocolate scone that's soft and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Our scones will be split and filled with Irish butter and jam. Afterwards, you'll break into groups of 3-4 and prepare your own scones.
You'll be sure to learn many tips and techniques along the way. We will enjoy a cup of tea and scone at the end of class.
