In this hands-on cooking class we'll enjoy a three-part lesson...Scones, Handmade Jam, and Churned Butter. It's a holy-trinity, if you ask us!
You'll enjoy a demonstration on how-to properly boil, set, and store jam using seasonal fruit. Next after another demonstration on how-to prepare scones, you'll be assigned a table of 4 people and have ingredients to make your own scones...will you be assigned Plain, Raspberry White Chocolate, or Irish Cheddar Scones? Our scones are soft and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, no rock-hard bricks here! Our scones will be split and filled with our jam and hand-churned butter, which we will complete during class.
