Time for a date? Spend it together, cooking a scrumptious steakhouse meal.

Our Steakhouse feast is based on fresh produce, fresh seasonings, fine meats and something sweet.

Perfectly Cooked Ribeye Steaks with Béarnaise Sauce; Rosemary Potatoes; Chop Salad with Herb Vinaigrette; Garlic Bread; Macerated Strawberries with Whipped Mascarpone and Crushed Meringue.

Skills Covered in Class Include: Getting Familiar with Seasonal Ingredients; Selecting and Grilling Red Meat; Determining Meat Doneness; Working with Spices and Fresh Herbs; Carving Meat; Making Fresh Herb Sauces; Selecting and Roasting Potatoes and Green Vegetables; Macerating Fruit; Whipping Cream. 

Class Price is PER PERSON. 

Attendees will eat a full meal of everything prepared in class. Class price includes ONLY one glass of wine, beer, or non-alchoclic beverage. Our liquor license doesn't allow more than one drink per person.
