Chilaquiles - the perfect hangover food, cheesy, satisfying Mexican comfort food nachos!
Pozole - flavorful broth with bright citrus and herbs dotted with chewy hominy!
Seasonal Fruit with Chile Lime - definitely on a stick!
Pambazo - Make this one again and again … chorizo-potato sandwich
Hands-on cooking class in which you will prepare all items in groups of 2-4 with chef instruction.
Class price includes one glass of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage. Students will be able to eat all menu items.
