Lighten up this Spring with a vegetarian cooking class. In this interactive cooking class we'll cook several yummy vegetarian dishes to inspire your cooking at home!
The menu will include:
Sweet Potato & Brown Rice Salad - Delicious sweet potatoes are roasted, then tossed with pumpkin and sesame seeds, rice, and a lime vinaigrette.
Rainbow Kale Salad - Meet your new favorite salad! We'll put the colors of the rainbow in this salad and top with a Tahini Dressing.
Red Lentil Dahl - Quick cooking lentils are spiced with turmeric, a nutritionally dense spice.
Cauliflower Rice - No carbs here - just vegetables!
Zucchini & Sweet Potato Noodles - Try out the spiralizing trend with these healthy and filling noodles.
We'll sit down for a meal as the class finishes. Class price includes a glass of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage. Everyone will go home with printed recipes.
