The class will start with an informational discussion about how adding essential oils into your life can improve your well-being. Afterwards, we'll work together to create a hearty, nutritious hormone supporting salad and other snacks you will cook again and again. We will discuss why as we age we have trouble sleeping, feel low energy and can’t seem to lose weight.
This is a repeat class with a changing menu according to the season, so if you've taken the class in the past, the menu will be different!
We will also share tips on how supporting hormones naturally and proactively incorporating a healthy lifestyle everyday increases vitality. Everyone will take home a cheat sheet on foods to incorporate right now in your daily diet that help support hormonal balance. Everyone will go home with an exciting swag bag with hormone supporting essential oil rollerball.
