In this class we'll be showing you the basics of candy making. Candy-making is the art of heating up sugar into different levels of hardness. You'll learn how to tell when sugar is at different stages.
You'll be making Chocolate Truffles, Praline, Marshmallows, Meringue, Candy Peel and Caramel Coated Nuts. Be ready to learn how to work with sugar and leave with a sugar buzz!
Light Charcuterie Tray will be served.
Class price includes printed recipes, generous sampling and one glass of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage.
