Clean eating — or eating clean — seems to be all over the internet and in grocery stores and restaurants. What does it mean? Is it just another fad? Clean Eating means embracing whole foods like vegetables, fruits and whole grains, plus healthy proteins and fats. It also means cutting back on refined grains, additives, preservatives, unhealthy fats and large amounts of added sugar and salt. Join us as we show you how to cook CLEAN!
