Food on the go, from a stall, bicycle or small truck, let’s find out what Mexico has to offer. Menu will consist of:
Elote en vaso - Corn in a Cup with cotija cheese, mayonnaise, lime/cilantro butter and chili powder.
Tacos de Canasta - Basket Tacos are corn or flour tortillas we will steam with onion, potato and spices.
Tacos al Pastor - Soft corn tortillas filled with stewed meat that has been marinating in spices all day.
All the while we will be sipping on a mouth watering and refreshing Horchata, a Mexican rice drink. Will end the class with one of Jessica's favorite sweet street foods, Empanadas with Dulce de Leches.
Class price includes one glass of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage. Students will be able to eat all menu items.
