Spend an evening preparing a scrumptious Italian feast based on fresh produce, fresh seasonings, fine meats and team effort!
Our menu will include two types of pasta. One a fresh, hand-rolled pasta topped with luxurious, slow-simmered ragú meat sauce. The second will be a Butternut Squash Lasagna using our freshly rolled pasta sheets. Mangia!
The class will prepare a crisp salad of Apple, Cheddar, Brussel Sprout & Hazelnuts with Balsamic Glaze.
Our Italian feast will end with Nutella made from scratch served with shortbread cookies.
Class price is for ONE admission. Includes full meal of everything prepared. One glass of beer, wine, or non-alcholic beverage included. Printed recipe packets for each participant.
