One of our most beloved cooking classes so far! In this class we'll be making pasta dough from scratch.
We'll roll pasta into several shapes, including ravioli, lasagne sheets, angel hair, and fettuccine noodles. We'll shape and fill ravioli with butternut squash filling.
We'll boil and top with two different sauces. One a delicious sage brown butter sauce. The other a simple tomato sauce.
After our hard work we'll enjoy a plate of delicious pasta with a glass of wine. Buon Appetito!
