This fun class will focus on eggs – demystifying the Souffle, a Classic French Omelette, and Poaching technique. In small groups, you will cook a Savory Cheddar Soufflé. The class will have a demonstration portion in which you'll learn how to properly make an omelette and poach an egg. Be ready for class participation though - we'll be sure to ask for brave volunteers to showcase their skills! When the soufflé comes out of the oven you'll sit down to eat with the group and enjoy a glass of wine.
