In this hands-on class we will make three different soups. A thick and hearty Beef Stew is a comfort food for even the coldest winter. We will also make Sausage, Potato and Cabbage Soup - a spicy, brothy soup that can be made on short notice. And, lastly, French Onion Soup, the restaurant classic that you can absolutely make at home.
