Pâte à choux is the base for many classic pastries, from bite-sized cream puffs and individual eclairs to cheesy gougères, show-stopping croquembouche, and even fancy French donuts or crullers! Once you know how to make it — a surprisingly easy process — there's a whole world of pastries and desserts open to you.
In this hands-on cooking class you'll enjoy a demonstration on how to make choux pastry. Then, you'll break into groups of 2-4 people to make your own choux pastry. The class will turn their pastry into cream puffs, eclairs, and churros. We'll show you how to make a Chantilly cream pastry filling and chocolate ganache toppings. Oh, yum!
