In this hands-on cooking class you will learn how to make the yummy Norwegian holiday treat, Lefse, with experienced lefse maker Sharon Melvie.
Learn the finer points of preparing, baking and storing these special treats. Plan to sample your freshly made, warm creations with sample fillings.
Class price includes one glass of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage. Light charcuterie tray will be served.
Students can bring any lefse making equipment they might own with them to the class.
