In this class, instructor Jessica Tijerina will make a masa dough recipe alongside you and discuss the difference between a banana and a corn husk, which is the wrapping for these little gifts.
We will learn how to assemble them, wrap them and sauce them to perfection! You will learn how to make 2 fillings and 2 sauces as well as frijoles borrachos (drunken beans) salsa and guacamole. Don't forget dessert! Because, YES we will make a chocolate masa with berry filling and sauce.
