Pasta and bread are two of the most popular carbs to consume with Southern Italian cuisine due to the fantastic assortment of specialized cheeses and heritage ingredients. To honor their unique cuisine, we will be making two classic pasta dishes and one pizza to highlight Southern Italian vegetables and cheese.

Menu:

  • Orecchiette con Cime di Rapafeatures olive oil, garlic, chiles, anchovies, bitter greens, and toasted breadcrumbs

  • Pasta alla Normaa delicious Sicilian pasta dish with eggplant, marinara and basil

  • Pizza Margherita, fresh mozzarella and basil on a tossed pizza crust

Class prices includes generous sampling of everything prepared, one glass of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage, and printed recipe copy.
