  • Homemade Ramen Noodles

  • Tonkatsu Ramen with Chashu (Soy and Sake) Pork Belly, Roasted Garlic Oil, Soft Boiled Egg and Corn

  • Miso Ramen with Bok Choy, Green Onion, Soft Boiled Egg, Nori and Bamboo Shoots  

Skills Covered in class: 

  • Making fresh ramen noodles

  • Using a pasta roller

  • Getting familiar with Asian ingredients

  • Preparing pork and chicken broths

  • Working with miso paste
