Lighten up this Fall with a vegetarian cooking class. This interactive cooking class will go over several main dishes and vegetable heavy side dishes to inspire your cooking at home!
The menu will include:
Stuffed Mushrooms, Seasonal Vegetable Soup, Sweet Potato & Brown Rice Salad.
Red Lentil Dahl - quick cooking lentils are spiced with turmeric, a nutritionally dense spice.
We'll sit down for a meal as the class finishes. Class price includes a glass of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage. Everyone will go home with printed recipes.
