Did you know there's lots of ways to make salsa? In this hands-on cooking class we'll make two salsas. A veggie salsa and a fruit salsa with the chips to go with. Nothing more fresh and tasty!
Printed recipes included. Clean-up will be part of this learning experience. Parents, you've got the evening off! You can leave children at the kitchen for the duration of the class.
Class Instructor: Paula Slagle - Teaching aspiring young chefs for the past 15 years in her Chef's Academy, Paula is bringing her skills to Buffalo. She has taught for nine years and has cooked at many fine restaurants and exclusive resorts in Alaska, Florida, New York, Minnesota and Washington.
