Looking like a professional in the kitchen is easy to do! No culinary school or 2 hour long recipes here, in this class you'll learn how to make an elegant dinner with super simple recipes.

We will be making a fig and goat cheese crostini. Crostini are baguettes, thinly sliced and toasted, then topped with the sweet/salty combination of fig and goat cheese - it's delicious!

Our main dishes include an Oven-Baked Lemon Caper Salmon and Pork Tenderloin with a Russian Cheese Sauce - something for everyone! Dessert features Creme Brûlée with Fruit Compote.

Class price includes printed recipe packet, generous sampling of everything prepared, and one glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage.

Class Instructor: Alyssa Wallenta - Alyssa works at the Abundant Kitchen and is a senior at Buffalo High School. She has been a home chef since 12 years old and is passionate about food and nutrition. She has catered graduation parties, birthdays and baked wedding cakes.
