Gnocchi may pre-date pasta, but these little knuckle-shaped dumplings still receive pride and place in Italian cuisine, from Nona’s table to the finest ristorante. Gnocchi can seem intimidating to create at home but with the right techniques and a little practice you can master this simple yet impressive dish.

Instructors, and husband and wife duo, Joan and David Donatelle will guide you through the process of making two types of gnocchi from scratch complete with simple sauces to compliment those pillowy piles of deliciousness.
