In this class you'll learn about several different varieties of garlic, including the all powerful Black Garlic.
We will cook garlic whole, minced, roasted and infused in 5 main recipes from 40 Clove Chicken, Mint and Garlic Potatoes, Chimichurri, Garlic-Leek and Potato Soup and Black Garlic Brownies.
