In this interactive cooking class for kids ages 8-14 you'll be learning all about the French Bakery! Explore France as we cook up some of your favorite bakery favorites including Quiche Lorraine, French Fruit Tarts, & Chocolate Truffles.
Generous sampling of everything prepared is included. Everyone will go home with their own creations to share with friends and family!
Printed recipes included. Clean-up will be part of this learning experience. Parents, you've got the morning off! You can leave children at the kitchen for the duration of the class.
Class Instructor: Paula Slagle - Teaching aspiring young chefs for the past 15 years in her Chef's Academy, Paula is bringing her skills to Buffalo. She has taught for nine years and has cooked at many fine restaurants and exclusive resorts in Alaska, Florida, New York, Minnesota and Washington.
