Join expert bread baker, Mary Levinski, as she demonstrates how to create artisan bread in your kitchen. Menu will include Cinnamon Rolls, Spent Grain Artisan Bread and Maple Syrup & Cinnamon Chip Scones. Techniques learned in class will include proofing yeast; kneading bread; shaping rolls; choosing proper equipment and ingredients.
Class price includes generous sampling of everything prepared, printed recipes, and one glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage. Each student will make their own loaf of bread to be taken home.
Instructor: Mary Levinski - Levinski has 33 years experience as Culinary Instructor and Educator at Sauk Rapids-Rice High School and ProStart Instructor. Levinski's culinary management team has celebrated many wins at state ProStart Invitational competitions.
