Get your hands into some dough in this hands-on bread baking class. In this class you'll work in groups of 2-4 people creating two types of bread. You'll learn the basics of handling live active yeast, proofing dough, raising dough, kneading, shaping and properly baking bread. You'll be sure to learn a lot and have some fun in the kitchen!

Class Instructor: Mary Levinski - Levinski has 33 years experience as Culinary Instructor and Educator at Sauk Rapids-Rice High School and ProStart Instructor. Levinski's culinary management team has celebrated many wins at state ProStart Invitational competitions.
