Menu will include: Kale & Ginger Smoothie - an energizing morning drink to get your digestion back on track. Gluten Free Breakfast Cookies - a protein and oatmeal-filled cookie that will keep you full until lunch time. Grain Bowls - we'll show you how to cook barley and top with delicious veggies. Coconut Butter Cookie Dough Balls - promise, they're full of healthy fats and nutrition, but you'll feel like they are a treat!
