Join us in our 3-part cooking camp for teenagers who love to be in the kitchen! We'll meet on three consecutive days and explore three different culinary themes.
Day 1: Cake Decorating - Baking cakes, making frosting, fillings, and decorating! Every child will go home with a full-size cake or something similar (cupcake, swiss roll, etc.)
Day 2: Flavors of Italy - Fresh scratch handmade pasta, shaped into various shapes, topped with pasta sauce.
Day 3: South of the Border - Chicken and Chorizo Tacos, Pico de Gallo, and Guacamole!

We'll meet on Tuesday June 26th, 27th, and 28th from 10:30-1:00. Parents will drop students off. For ages 13-17. Students will eat a wholesome meal at every class that they help prepare. Clean-up will be part of this learning experience.
